Christ is the only option that works. What do atheists, agnostics, pagans, socialists, witches, and anarchists do when the system they promote fails? When the God of the universe steps in and removes every argument they have? What do they do when all they have left is the doctrine of folly because pride or ignorance will not permit them to search for truth? They begin to accuse others of the crimes they commit; they lie and attempt to blame anyone but themselves, conjuring up a false reality to fit their narrative. This used to make me angry. Trying to understand how an adult would stoop to such a lack of critical thinking. I have come to realize that the atheists, et al., have lied and been lied to so much that they started to believe their own deception. They have clouded their minds with such pseudo-academic or mainstream media lies that they are incapable of recognizing truth. They have embraced the Marxist-Communist role of a useful idiot and flirt with eternal damnation without recognizing the truth.
To be fair, this group thinks the same of me. When I speak of Christ from the pulpit, this blog, or in other teaching venues, they attach such monikers as “cult-follower, bigot, racist, Christian Nationalist, or fascist.” Unfortunately, I have found that they would rather attach the ad hominem title than engage in a critical-thinking discussion. When their system, arguments, and facts fail, they have nothing left but name-calling and the folly of made-up facts. We are experiencing the folly of these paganists, witches, socialists/communists, republicans, and democrats. They are all lost in satanic misinformation.
A few recent examples: 1) The recent “No Kings” rallies attracted fewer participants than the last one. That is good, because I hope more people are asking the question: Why hold a rally against something that doesn’t exist? If we had a king, do you think he would allow a rally against him? If he were a king, he wouldn’t sit back and let the courts tell him what to do or follow a judge’s edict. His “political enemies” would already be in jail rather than going through the prescribed judicial process. 2) The government shutdown. There is an active bill ready for implementation. All the Senate has to do is vote for it. Shutdown over, and the handouts commence again. However, Mr. Schumer and his colleagues want to fill the bill with more welfare for illegals that we cannot afford. Shutting down the government is actually a good thing. Hopefully, it will wake people up to the fact that we have to take care of each other. The government is not in place to feed us. I encourage you to seek out a family that needs help and reach into your own pantry until Mr. Schumer, et al., put on their big boy pants. That is how we used to do it. Be a community again. Hear me clearly, no man or woman in the White House, Congress, or the Judiciary is going to save us. They are all fallible humans. Only Christ will save us.
Let’s leave politics behind and move to morality. The Pagens et al. want us to believe abortion is a “healthcare right.” Healthcare is supposed to save lives and improve people’s health. Abortion does neither. There are those who will then attempt to mislead with false narratives that the mother’s health is in jeopardy. If the mother is in danger, we can take care of her. Nobody is claiming that an appropriately delivered D and C for truly problematic pregnancies is off the table. Murder for convenience is off the table. Christ loves children. Abortion is a moral issue of murder versus life, not a healthcare issue.
Speaking of life, this same group believes it is ok to attack and/or expose ICE Agents and others as they execute their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution. This same group that wants to kill babies also wants to kill adults for doing their job against criminals. There seems to be a “cult” of death attached to these pagans, et al. These are criminals who are being pursued. Does that mean the accusing groups are pro-crime?
Continuing with morality. The LGBTQ lobby continues to lie about their pre-determined makeup as gay, etc. The science this group touted as legit during COVID has clearly shown that there are no gene markers, even in epigenetic studies, which would lead any scientist to believe there is scientific evidence behind the claim. This is sin, and they choose to follow this path on their own. They have the legal right to do so, and the consequences rest on them. They do not have the right to force me to let them in my girls’ bathrooms or to teach my kids their anti-Christ rhetoric.
But what does this group do when their arguments are shown to be invalid and hollow? They riot, create false protests, perpetuate lies, and accuse evil of being good and good of being evil. An ultimate ad hominem argument. For the past 5-plus years, I have attempted to reach and speak with former colleagues, friends, family members, and schoolmates. Some will listen but are soon overcome by their own biases and cognitive dissonance. Others attack immediately, do not attempt a modicum of critical thinking, and revert to curse-laden, non-thinking responses.
I recognize that those I speak of would and do accuse me of the same cognitive dissonance. However, the truth I espouse is the truth of the God of the universe. These are not my truths or my words. These are God’s Words, delivered over 5,000 years ago, and yet still valid and applicable today. It breaks my heart to recognize a further truth in God’s Word. Some will not follow Christ. In both Isaiah chapters 6 and 44, God speaks of people “hearing but not hearing and seeing but not seeing.” That their ears would be made heavy, their eyes shut, and their hearts dull. In 2 Corinthians chapters 3 & 4, Paul relays that God has veiled the eyes and ears of those who will not accept Christ. It is this “perishing” group that God veils because of their unbelief. Some will just not come.
So, what will the pagans, atheists, socialists, witches, anarchists, democrats, and republicans do when their system fails? First, they will riot and lie, then they will lie some more and reject God, then they will perish. When their pseudo-relevant system collapses as the eastern sky heralds Christ’s arrival, they will be stunned. Some will look in terror, others in amazement, as they recognize the truth of the Bible has come to life. When they recognize it is too late for them, some will weep, some will turn back again to their anger, and try to curse God. None of it will work at that moment. Still, I pray for each of them and encourage you to do the same. I still try to reach out to the lost, but I also reluctantly accept that there are some whom I will not see in heaven. What I can do is continue to sound the alarm as the watchman on the wall (Ezekiel). What they do with the warning is up to them, but the enemy continues to march closer and closer. Christ is the only answer, and He waits to welcome us all into His Kingdom. But first, we have to humble ourselves, seek His face, pray, and repent. All are welcome.
